The goal of the AV Women’s Conference is to celebrate, ignite and invigorate the women in the Antelope Valley. Carolyn Gross

An Award Winning International Speaker. Certified Trainer for Day-Timer and the Color Code, Past President of the National Speakers Association in San Diego and author of Staying Calm in the Midst of Chaos. Her new book about Healing Cancer Without Surgery will be released 2007.

Carolyn introduces effective time management techniques, relationship strategies and workplace wellness tactics to audiences throughout the United States. She has worked with a wide-range of professionals from real estate, health care, resort and spa markets, military, government, insurance and financial companies, women's organizations, cancer advocacy as well as food and hospitality industries.

After a successful 20-year career in corporate sales, marketing, and speaking, Carolyn created The Speaker Success Program for emerging speakers. She teaches presentation skills to corporate executives, sales associates and their staff.

Carolyn also does spa training, mini spa retreats, and evening programs for some of the most exclusive spas in the world. Her clients include: Hilton Waikoloa, The Golden Door, Cal-A-Vie, Spa Casino Resort & The Palms in Palm Springs.

Her unique approach to stress solutions, time management, relationship strategies and self discovery for life effectiveness are highly sought after from some of the nations leading businesses. She inspires patients and care givers with her "Staying Calm in the Midst of CANCER" program. She is also a cancer advocate and survivor.
